Viator DSP Multi-Q is a free EQ plugin for hobby producers who want several approaches to tone shaping in one window. It combines graphic, parametric and tube-style EQ sections, letting you work with a single band or layer all three models.
The graphic section provides 10 bands spanning 31 Hz to 15 kHz, with proportional bandwidth and ±12 dB gain. The four-band parametric section offers frequency selection and the same gain range. For broader tonal adjustments, the tube-style section includes low and high boost/cut controls, selectable frequencies and a shared bandwidth control. Its analog-inspired layout is a workflow reference rather than a claim of hardware emulation.
High-pass and low-pass filters handle frequency extremes, while drive adds tube-style saturation. Stereo, mid-only and side-only processing support focused adjustments across the stereo image. Output trim, phase inversion, optional 2x oversampling and direct numerical entry round out the controls. Neutral EQ bands automatically bypass processing to reduce CPU use.
The 64-bit Windows VST3 version suits compatible hosts such as FL Studio and Ableton Live; Mac AU support also accommodates Logic Pro.
