Wave Arts Impulse Record Convology XT v1.25 [Mac (U2B) / Win]

Convology XT is a free convolution reverb plugin created by Impulse Record and Wave Arts. It includes 74 vintage impulse responses sampled from classic studio gear, with the option to expand via ten separate libraries covering 80s-90s DSP units, plates, springs, echo space, vintage amps, and German DSP. The interface lets you browse and audition presets quickly while music plays, and displays images of the original hardware. Under the hood, it offers CPU-efficient processing, low-latency and zero-latency modes, support for true stereo IRs, WAV and AIF files, and IR modification tools like stretch, decay scaling, EQ, frequency-dependent decay, time reverse, and amplitude envelope. A real-time spectrum and time display round out the visual feedback. This plugin suits hobby producers using FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic who want authentic vintage reverb textures without spending money. It runs on Windows and Mac, and the optional libraries are affordably priced for those who want more.
