Wave Arts Panorama 7 is a spatial audio effect for Windows that places sounds within a modeled acoustic space. It combines head-related impulse responses (HRIRs), room reflections, diffuse reverb, distance processing and Doppler pitch changes to create a sense of direction, depth and movement. It is useful for music producers, sound designers and podcast creators working on headphone mixes or spatial effects for loudspeaker playback.
Use it on individual tracks to move sounds around the listener, add distinctive stereo panning or widen a stereo mix for speakers. The position sequencer moves audio through defined waypoints, making it practical for repeating motion patterns and beat-synced auto-pan effects. Conventional stereo panning is also available when you want simpler left-to-right movement.
Version 7 adds a dark interface, expanded positioning space, side and rear views, and zoom controls. Custom HRIR files are supported, with SOFA files converted through the Sofa2Pan application. For headphone monitoring, Panorama can simulate stereo and surround speaker playback; its loudspeaker tools include crosstalk cancellation and binaural-to-speaker conversion.
