Xfer Records Dimension Expander v1.23 VST AU WiN MAC [FREE]

Xfer Records Dimension Expander is a free chorus and spatial expansion effect for producers who want to give sounds a broader, more spacious character. Its design draws on a late-1980s style of processing, using four chorus voices with longer delay times. Two of those voices are out of phase with the other two, creating the distinctive spatial interaction at the heart of the effect.

For hobby producers working in FL Studio or Ableton on Windows, it offers a way to explore chorus-based width rather than relying only on reverb for a sense of space. Try it on synth parts, pads, or other material that could benefit from a less centered presentation, and judge the result in the context of your mix. Dimension Expander is aimed at musicians looking for a focused sound-shaping effect: a particular chorus texture and expanded spatial feel, rather than a general-purpose instrument or production suite.
