XO Expansion: Dusty Gold

XO Expansion: Dusty Gold is a sample pack for XLN Audio’s XO drum and sample engine, crafted by Radio Citizen’s Niko Schabel. It delivers 80+ presets and 188 one-shot samples steeped in lo-fi, hip hop, dub, kraut, jazz, and cinematic textures—drawn from over 20 years of vinyl crate digging. The sounds are mix-ready and fully editable, offering head-nodding beats and vintage-tinged loops that work as songwriting foundations for hip hop, trip hop, downtempo, and filmic electronica. It suits beatmakers and producers inspired by artists like Massive Attack, Portishead, DJ Shadow, and Burial, and anyone seeking rich, textural sonic palettes. Whether you’re building dusty drum grooves or atmospheric soundscapes, this expansion provides instantly inspiring starting points for your next track.
