XO Expansion: IDM

XO Expansion: IDM by XLN Audio delivers glitched-out grooves that blur the line between human rhythm and machine precision. Drawing from acoustic drums, vintage drum machines, and tightly edited digital fragments, it pushes past four-on-the-floor conventions into fractured, unpredictable territory. The 75 fully editable presets and 231 handcrafted samples are built for the XO engine, letting you swap sounds across acoustic, vintage, and digital sources for endless variations. Rapid-fire glitches, mechanical repetitions, and shifting patterns make each groove feel like an unexpected journey. Use these rhythms to spark a new track or as the structural backbone of a full production. Ideal for electronic producers exploring IDM, glitch, and experimental dance music, this expansion suits anyone seeking organic feel with engineered chaos—whether you’re in FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic.
