XO Expansion: Neon Dreams

XO Expansion: Neon Dreams is a curated collection for XLN Audio’s XO drum sampler, created with synthwave artist Starcadian. It delivers nostalgia-inducing 1980s-infused beats and samples, with 96 fully editable presets and 221 one-shot samples. Expect synth arpeggios, hard-hitting kicks, punchy gated snares, and driving beats inspired by Kavinsky, Giorgio Moroder, John Carpenter, and The Midnight. Designed for hobby producers, this expansion instantly transports your tracks to a neon-drenched 1980s soundscape—think top-down Ferraris at sunset with VHS warmth. It suits anyone making synthwave, retrowave, electro, or pop with cinematic 80s flair. Use it to spark song ideas or add authentic retro character to your mixes. All loops and presets are mix-ready and fully editable, making it a creative cheat code for modern synthwave production.
