Yamaha Omnivocal v1.2.5 Beta is an AI vocal synthesis instrument for creating sung parts inside Cubase 15 on Windows. It turns notes and lyrics entered in the Cubase Key Editor into vocals, letting you develop melodies and words within your project rather than recording a singer for each idea.
Use it to build a lead vocal, layer harmonies, or arrange choir-style passages. The Power control adjusts the voice’s expressive character, moving between softer, breathier delivery and stronger, more assertive singing. This makes it useful for hobby producers, songwriters, and arrangers who want to explore vocal ideas and shape their delivery while composing.
Omnivocal is currently a beta, with further sound, workflow, and feature improvements planned. Compatibility matters: this version is designed exclusively for Cubase 15, not as a general-purpose vocal plugin for FL Studio, Ableton Live, or Logic Pro.
