Yellowjacket

Yellowjacket by Cherry Audio is a meticulous recreation of the rare EDP Wasp, the 1978 British monophonic hybrid synth known for its buzzy, aggressive tone. This plugin captures that unmistakable character while adding modern flexibility: 16-voice polyphony, unison and cycle modes, and innovative Multi voice modes that layer three additional ‘mini synths’ for subtle or extreme per-note variation. The expanded multimode filter, emulated integrated speaker, and advanced arpeggiator with probability and humanise controls open up new creative possibilities. With over 270 presets spanning leads, arps, pads, chords, strings, and basses, it’s ready for any genre. The touch-capacitive keyboard is enhanced with diatonic scales, transpose, and customizable pressure control, including aftertouch support. Whether you’re a hobby producer crafting electronic tracks or a sound designer seeking unique textures, Yellowjacket delivers vintage grit with modern playability. Perfect for FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic users on Windows.
