CLA-3A Compressor / Limiter

The CLA-3A is a compressor and limiter plugin modeled after a classic solid-state optical unit from the 1970s, and it’s built to bring instruments forward with tight, transparent compression. Unlike tube designs, it adds only a faint hint of harmonic distortion, so it stays clean even under heavy gain reduction. Its fast attack and gentle release handle high-level transients while pushing out punch, especially on midrange sources.
