JJP Strings & Keys

JJP Strings & Keys is a mixing plugin from Waves and Grammy-winning producer Jack Joseph Puig, designed to add depth, warmth, and character to string samples, synths, and piano. It layers up to four parallel effects—compression, low EQ, high EQ, and presence—with dedicated modes for Synth, Hi Strings, Lo Strings, and Piano. The result is a more realistic, blended sound: thin samples gain girth, bowed instruments gain zing, and synth pads feel almost physical without losing their original character. Space and Doubler effects bring concert-hall ambience and width, while the Presence layer enhances definition and detail. A dry/effects balance lets you dial in subtle enhancement or bold coloration. Ideal for hobby producers working with sampled strings, keyboards, and synths in pop, film, and electronic music, it delivers a polished, radiant tone that sits beautifully in a mix.
