Hattricks 1.5 is a dedicated VST for creating trap hi-hat patterns, paired with a collection of drum one-shots. It works as a sampler and sequencer where rhythm divisions are assigned to keys: press a key and it plays a pre-programmed looped rhythm, from quarter notes up to rapid 1/128 rolls, including triplets. This lets you record complex hi-hat parts in real time or program grooves with just a few clicks. You can swap the sound using the built-in library or drag in your own sample, then adjust length, tuning, filtering, and envelope. Pitch wheel or keyboard keys let you retune parts of the sequence for tuned rolls. It suits trap producers using FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic who want fast, expressive hi-hat creation without tedious mouse work.
