BeatQuake is a character-driven effects plugin designed to inject energy and weight into lackluster drums. Created by sound engineer Emrah Celik, it uses psychoacoustic filtering and tonal controls to crunch kicks, slam snares, and add sub-harmonic power. Four central color modes—Shock, Rift, Tremor, and Fault—shape transients and sustain while preserving low-end clarity. The four main knobs offer distinct processing: Tone for Pultec-inspired warmth and harmonic enhancement, Enhance for attack and aggression, Lofi for 12-bit sampler texture, and Shape for dynamic inflation and compression. With 100 discrete points per knob, you get over a hundred million possible combinations. While ideal for drums, it also works on bass, pads, and vocals. BeatQuake suits hobby producers in FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic who want a simple yet versatile tool for punchy, saturated, and dynamic mixes.
