ANINA is a free spectral shaping plugin that works both as a resonance suppressor and a resonance isolator. Instead of broad EQ moves, it splits your audio into at least 256 bands of spectral compression, letting you tame harsh resonances or pull them forward for creative sound design. A dedicated Delta control lets you hear exactly what the plugin is removing, while a Freeze button locks the filter spectrum in place so you can study or reshape it. Sidechain input opens up dynamic tricks, such as carving room in a chord progression only when a vocal needs it. Attack and decay controls shape how quickly the spectral curve responds, adjustable block size trades frequency resolution against a tighter feel, and low/high cutoff plus a spectral gate refine the result. Expect roughly 11 ms of average latency and possible subtle pre-ringing, normal for spectral processing. It runs as VST3, CLAP, and AU on Windows, macOS, and Linux, making it a practical fit for FL Studio, Ableton, and Logic users doing mixing or sound design.
