DELTA is a creative distortion plugin built around a sidechain-driven ‘ghost’ input. Instead of processing your main signal in isolation, it feeds a second track into the effect and lets that audio shape how the primary signal is distorted. You hear only the resulting impact on the main signal, so one track can subtly color another without needing a shared bus. This makes it useful for gluing a mix together, where drums, vocals, or synths interact through harmonic intermodulation rather than conventional bus compression. It also works as a sound design tool for pushing material into less predictable territory, generating new harmonics and textures from the relationship between two sources. DELTA ships as a 64-bit VST3 and AU plugin, so it fits into most modern production setups on Windows and macOS.
