SSA Plugins aXPlugins Suite is an Ambisonics processing collection for producers, sound designers and audio engineers building spatial and immersive mixes. It covers the path from placing mono or stereo sources in a sound field to processing the resulting multichannel audio and preparing it for playback.

The suite includes Ambisonics panning and monitoring tools, alongside delay, EQ, compression, noise gating and de-essing designed to work directly with Ambisonics signals. This lets you shape tone, control dynamics and add movement while respecting the channel relationships that carry spatial information.

For headphone monitoring, the aXMonitor series provides binaural decoding using head-related transfer functions. This translates the encoded sound field into a headphone listening experience intended to place sounds around the listener rather than simply between left and right.
