Guitarist

Sugar Bytes Guitarist is a virtual electric guitar instrument built for programming expressive rhythm parts. Its 16-step sequencer lets you choose chord triggers, individual strings and strum direction, making it useful for tight funk grooves, picked arpeggios and intricate metal riffs. Shape progressions with preset chord types and fingering variations, or build your own chords directly on the fretboard. Finger animations add moving notes within chords, while damped notes, dead notes and half-tempo controls bring extra variation to patterns. Sampled Stratocaster, Telecaster and Duesenberg Starplayer Special guitars provide contrasting tones, with round-robin playback helping repeated notes feel less mechanical. Two amp models and effects covering modulation, delay and reverb handle sound shaping, while direct output lets you use your preferred amp simulator. Guitarist suits producers who want detailed guitar arrangements without recording a live player.
