Code Red Free

Code Red Free by Shattered Glass Audio brings the character of a late-1960s British all-tube console into your productions. Combining modeled preamp coloration with EQ curves recreated from the original hardware, this effect is built for warm, bold and punchy tones rather than clinical transparency. Its inspiration comes from the console family used on many Beatles recordings, including the preamp-chaining technique behind the driven sound of “Revolution.” Try it when clean recordings need more personality, or when you want EQ shaping with a vintage recording-desk feel. It suits hobby producers exploring classic rock textures, retro-inspired mixes and analog-style warmth, while offering a focused way to hear how console-inspired tone can change the feel of a track.
