Imbibaphones

Soundiron Imbibaphones is a Kontakt instrument library that turns wine glasses, a martini glass, a champagne flute and even broken glass into expressive musical textures. Finger-rubbed sustains reveal shifting, delicate resonances, while soft mallet strikes deliver clear, bell-like tones. These recordings also form the basis of atmospheric pads, effects and sound-designed short and looping articulations. Use it for shimmering melodies, unusual percussion or ambient layers in electronic tracks and cinematic arrangements. Most sustains offer three recorded speeds you can blend with the modwheel for evolving performances. The interface provides envelope, pitch, vibrato and filter controls, alongside articulation switching, crossfading and layering. An adaptable LFO, customizable arpeggiator, key and scale locking, and a modular effects rack support further exploration. With 20 custom FX presets included, Imbibaphones suits producers and composers looking for organic glass timbres with room for creative processing.
