BFD Oak Custom

BFD Oak Custom brings the weight and character of a Yamaha oak drum kit to BFD3. This drum expansion delivers a full-bodied sound with substantial low-end punch, making it a useful choice for producers who want acoustic drums with depth and impact. The toms were sampled with sticks, mallets and hotrods, giving you contrasting textures for different arrangements, while two kick beater types offer additional tonal variety. Alongside the main kit, you get a reduced-detail Yamaha bamboo snare from BFD Signature Snares Vol.1 and unusual bonus samples of the original drum cases being struck. Recorded in studio conditions similar to BFD Percussion, BFD Jazz Maple and BFD3’s Mapleworks kits, Oak Custom suits BFD3 users looking to broaden their drum palette with bold shells, alternative playing tools and extra percussive accents. A BFD3 installation is required.
