Cassette Keys.01 for Logic

Cassette Keys.01 for Logic by THEPHONOLOOP brings cassette-worn character to sampled keys built from physical modelling and FM synthesis. Recorded through an old, unstable cassette recorder, its tones offer a vintage alternative to pristine digital instruments—ideal for nostalgic melodies, textured chords and atmospheric arrangements. The instrument spans C0 to E6 with four carefully designed velocity layers, giving your playing room for expressive changes in dynamics. Each note has been individually de-noised to prevent hiss from building up across chords. Simulated round robin helps repeated notes feel more natural, including fast ostinato patterns. With 848 MB of samples, five presets, reverse playback and an editable sample-start parameter mapped to the mod wheel, it suits producers who enjoy shaping distinctive keyboard sounds without starting from scratch.
