Synsonic BD-909

Synsonic BD-909 brings the character of the TR-909 bass drum into a dedicated kick drum instrument. Developed by Synsonic Instruments through analysis of the original circuit, its digital model focuses on the distinctive electronic punch that makes this drum sound a natural fit for house, techno and other beat-driven styles. Beyond recreating the classic kick, BD-909 offers sound-shaping options including distortion, noise decay, tune depth, hold and pitch. These controls let you explore variations on the familiar 909 character and tailor the bass drum to your track. Factory presets provide starting points, while support for creating your own presets makes it easy to keep favourite settings. It suits producers who want a focused electronic kick instrument, whether they are building their first dance tracks or refining a go-to drum palette.
