Chandler Limited® Zener-Bender

Chandler Limited® Zener-Bender by Softube brings characterful EQ and punchy dynamics together in a single channel strip plugin. Combining the Curve Bender Mastering Equalizer with the Zener Limiter, it pairs crisp, colourful tone shaping with compression and limiting that can add weight, impact and tasteful distortion. Its component-modelled design draws on Chandler hardware with roots in classic EMI studio equipment.

Use it to shape individual tracks, add punch to buses or refine a full mix with vintage-inspired colour. The EQ handles both gentle tonal adjustments and more pronounced changes, while the limiter brings energy and control. External sidechain input, Mid/Side processing and channel linking extend the workflow beyond the original hardware. For home producers and experienced mixers who want expressive processing rather than purely transparent correction, Zener-Bender offers a focused way to combine tone and dynamics.
