Melox Pro

Melox Pro by Sampleson brings the distinctive, breath-driven sound of a melodica to your DAW. Built from sampled performances and expressive scripting, this virtual instrument captures more than the notes: key clicks, air sounds, mechanical noises and velocity-sensitive releases add the detail of a player behind the keyboard. Stereo and binaural modes offer different listening perspectives, while a fast attack and precise tuning help melodies and chords sit clearly in an arrangement. Shape sustained phrases with MIDI CC-controlled vibrato, add space with the stage reverb, or switch off noises, air and releases for a cleaner result. Melox Pro suits producers and keyboard players looking for an expressive alternative to familiar piano and synth tones. Its roughly 250 MB installation keeps storage demands modest, with VST, AU and standalone versions included.
