Laundronium

Soundiron Laundronium turns the humble washing machine into an expressive Kontakt percussion instrument. Its sampled tones range from soft, gong-like resonance and warm bassy hits to tight, muted strikes, trashy textures and warbling metallic sounds. That unusual palette suits experimental beats, cinematic percussion and atmospheric passages, especially for producers looking beyond standard drum kits. Shape each sound with attack, release, pitch, vibrato and filter controls, then explore articulation switching, crossfading and layering. An adaptable, tempo-syncable LFO and 12 filter options add movement, while the customizable arpeggiator provides control over timing, swing, direction and randomization. Key and scale locking helps keep melodic ideas in tune. For further processing, Laundronium includes 22 sound-designed FX presets and a modular effects rack with 18 DSP modules across 10 freely ordered slots. It’s a distinctive choice for beatmakers, composers and adventurous sound designers.
