SSL Fusion Violet EQ

SSL Fusion Violet EQ brings the broad, musical tone shaping of Solid State Logic’s Fusion hardware into your DAW. Its two shelving bands help add weight to the bass and sheen to the top end, making it a useful choice for polishing mix buses, sweetening instrument groups or gently balancing individual tracks. Carefully chosen frequency settings and up to ±9 dB of gain keep adjustments focused and straightforward. The modelled high-pass filter tidies unwanted low frequencies, while the FAT button adds a subtle low-end bump when that filter is engaged. For hobby producers who prefer quick tonal decisions over complex EQ editing, the streamlined controls and context-sensitive help offer an approachable workflow. ECO mode reduces CPU use and latency for recording, while A/B comparison, undo/redo and presets from experienced engineers make it easy to explore different settings.
