ASPIRE: Modern Mallets

ASPIRE: Modern Mallets by Heavyocity turns deeply sampled marimba and vibraphone into a versatile cinematic instrument. Traditional struck notes sit alongside bowed performances and processed textures, giving you everything from clear, rhythmic mallet lines to dark, atmospheric layers. Built on the ASCEND engine, it offers 16 sound sources, 8,728 samples and 112 custom presets to explore through an intuitive sample browser. The Three-Point Mixer lets you blend sources in real time, while the ARP builds intricate rhythmic patterns. For less predictable movement, the Echoes feature introduces lush, musical randomness to your performances. Rhythmic convolutions and layerable effects provide further sound-design options. Suited to film composers, ambient producers and beatmakers seeking expressive tonal percussion, ASPIRE bridges acoustic detail and hybrid scoring textures. It runs in the full version of Kontakt or the free Kontakt Player using the Kontakt 6.6.1 engine.
