Creative Junk

Creative Junk is an experimental percussion instrument for Kontakt that turns everyday objects into a versatile sound design tool. Built from recordings of bottles, jugs, filing cabinets, bouncing balls, and more, it offers 100 multi-sampled objects with up to 7 velocity layers, captured in three mic positions—close for tight transients or ambient for cinematic space. With 20 NKIs and 2050 samples, you get everything from Tom Waits-style junk drums to tuned, Solaris-inspired melodic percussion. It excels at adding organic texture to industrial, cinematic, and experimental tracks, and the improved low-velocity sensitivity ensures expressive dynamics. Ideal for producers and composers seeking unique, characterful percussion that sparks inspiration. Requires the full version of Kontakt.
