The Bosque Piano

The Bosque Piano is a Kontakt instrument built from a century-old upright piano discovered in a historic Texas college auditorium. Because it was captured with stereo mics in the middle of the hall, every sample carries the room’s natural reverb—no dry tones here. You get multisampled longs, hard and soft shorts, plus cinematic phrases and accents that evoke late-’60s and ’70s film scores. The compact GUI offers EQ, reverb, delay, attack and release, so you can shape the sound quickly. With a small footprint and just four patches, it stays lightweight and inspiring in your DAW. It suits hobby producers scoring films, games, or atmospheric tracks who want a characterful, cinematic piano with vintage personality. Requires the full version of Kontakt.
