Manley VOXBOX Channel Strip

The Manley VOXBOX Channel Strip by Universal Audio is a meticulous emulation of the renowned all-tube vocal processor. Combining a feedback-style tube mic preamp, vactrol optical compressor, Pultec-style passive EQ, and de-esser, it delivers the rich, warm character that has made the hardware a staple in high-end studios. With Unison technology, the preamp section interacts with Apollo interfaces to capture the impedance and gain staging of the original circuit. The compressor offers 25 attack/release combinations for smooth transient control, while the three-band passive EQ provides broad, musical shaping. The de-esser tames sibilance transparently. Ideal for hobby producers and vocalists seeking professional tube tone, this plugin excels on vocals, acoustic instruments, and electric guitars, adding polish and presence to any mix.
