Streichfett

Streichfett by Waldorf brings the classic string machine sound into your DAW as a plugin. It recreates the lush, layered tones of 70s and 80s string synthesizers, with a dual engine: a fully polyphonic string section and an eight-voice solo section for bass, e-piano, and clavi-style sounds. The ensemble effect adds depth and movement, while phaser and reverb shape the tone. Animate modulates the string registration for evolving textures. The interface is simple and scalable, giving you quick access to all parameters so you can dial in sounds fast. Whether you’re producing retro pop, cinematic scores, or modern tracks needing warm, dense pads, Streichfett delivers that homogeneous wall of sound. It’s ideal for hobby producers using FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic who want authentic vintage string tones without complexity.
