Analog Obsession Distox is a free multi-mode distortion effect from the Color Bundle, built around tube and op-amp circuit models. It gives home producers a way to explore different distortion characters on individual tracks or buses, with three op-amp choices and four tube models across two circuit types.

Input and output controls each offer a range of -30 to +30 dB, letting you adjust how hard the signal hits the circuit and compensate for level changes afterward. A high-pass filter spans 20 Hz to 2 kHz, while the low-pass filter runs from 20 kHz down to 10 kHz for additional tonal control.

Clicking the Analog Obsession label enables 4x oversampling, with a red label indicating that it is active. The interface scales from 50% to 200%, making it easier to fit different screen layouts.
