Analog Obsession FIVER is a free five-band EQ plugin for producers who want precise tonal adjustments and gentle coloration in one interface. It suits hobby musicians shaping individual tracks or balancing a mix, with low and high shelves plus three midrange bands offering continuously adjustable bandwidth.
Each band provides up to 12 dB of boost or cut. The low shelf covers 30–300 Hz, while the high shelf reaches from 2.5–25 kHz. Overlapping midrange controls span 50 Hz to 16 kHz, giving you room to reduce muddiness, adjust presence or tame sharper frequencies. Individual band bypass switches help you compare changes, and a global EQ bypass lets you check the combined result.
For additional character, FIVER includes compensated input drive with a ±24 dB range, alongside a clean ±12 dB output trim. Optional 4x oversampling is activated by clicking the Analog Obsession label. The pastel interface and mouse-over value readouts make settings easy to follow. Windows VST and VST3 versions suit compatible hosts such as FL Studio and Ableton Live; Mac versions also include AU for Logic Pro.
