Analog Obsession TREQ v6.0 is a free, T-style four-band EQ plugin for producers who want straightforward tonal shaping when mixing. It suits hobby musicians working on individual tracks or buses, with controls for adjusting bass weight, midrange balance and top-end brightness.

The low shelf switches between 60 and 120 Hz, while the high shelf offers 8 and 12 kHz settings. Two sweepable mid bands cover 100 Hz–1.5 kHz and 1–15 kHz, each with up to 15 dB of boost or cut. A switchable 50 Hz high-pass filter helps reduce unwanted low-frequency content.

Input and output controls provide ±15 dB of adjustment, and version 6.0 adds gain compensation to the input stage. An output VU meter helps you monitor levels. Clicking the Analog Obsession label activates 4x oversampling.

The touchscreen-compatible interface scales from 50% to 200%. On Windows 10–11, TREQ supports VST3 and AAX, making the VST3 version suitable for FL Studio and Ableton Live. Windows systems require graphics hardware with OpenGL support.
