Balkan Sax

Balkan Sax is a playable alto sax instrument that captures the expressive style and nuances of Balkan music. Performed by virtuoso reed player Achille Succi, it offers 18 articulations including sustained notes with strong vibrato, powerful double and triple staccatos, short glissandos up and down, and tempo-synced approach notes and phrases. The intuitive interface delivers instant playability with two high-quality reverbs, delay, and gritty pedal-like distortion. Ideal for composers and producers seeking high realism and instant gratification, it suits jazz, pop, traditional music, Bregović-like scores, and world music. With 1074 samples and full instrumental range, Balkan Sax brings vibrant, authentic saxophone melodies to your productions.
