BFD London Sessions

BFD London Sessions brings the character of London’s AIR Studios to BFD3 with 10 vintage and modern acoustic drum kits. Originally created for the BFD2 library, this expansion contains over 80 kit pieces and 49GB of multichannel, 24-bit/44.1kHz recordings. A custom Neve console, AIR Montserrat preamps and Prism converters give the drums warmth without sacrificing definition. Shape your mix with punchy close microphones, smooth overheads and spacious room recordings from Lyndhurst Hall. Mid/side room channels let you move from focused mono to wide stereo, while three direct snare microphones provide extra tonal control. Detailed hi-hats offer 11 articulations, and cymbals include bell and edge hits. Suited to producers who want expressive acoustic drums, London Sessions covers everything from roomy rock arrangements to tighter funk, jazz, pop and country tracks. Requires BFD3.
