BFD Marching Drums

BFD Marching Drums brings the weight and character of marching percussion to BFD3. This expansion pack combines hard-hitting snares with four sizes of pitched bass drums, delivering sharp attacks and deep, resonant low end. Quad marching toms and hand cymbals broaden the palette, while unusual extras—including a brake drum salvaged from an old Cadillac—add distinctive metallic textures. Swap these instruments into your existing BFD3 kits or build street-style rhythms around their bold, acoustic sound. It suits producers looking to move beyond a conventional drum kit, whether adding punch to a beat or shaping a percussion-led arrangement. Recorded by engineer and former US Navy Band chief musician John Emrich, the collection draws on specialist recording and performance experience. BFD3 is required to use this expansion.
