Boom

Boom by AIR Music Technology is a drum machine plugin for producers who want classic electronic rhythms without a complicated workflow. Its 10 kits span 808- and 909-inspired sounds, harder Dance and Urban drums, and retro tones inspired by a blend of the CR78 and 606. Each kit offers 10 drum sounds, with individual volume, pan, tuning and decay controls to help shape your groove. You can also combine drums from different kits to build a custom set. Program beats in the onboard sequencer, trigger individual hits over MIDI, or switch patterns from your MIDI keyboard. More than 50 presets provide starting points for electronic, urban and retro productions. Available in AU and VST formats, Boom suits beginners and experienced beatmakers alike. Mac users should note that support extends only to macOS 12 Monterey, with no native Apple Silicon compatibility.
