Clavinet V

Arturia Clavinet V brings the sharp attack and gritty character of the classic Clavinet D6 to your productions. Using physical modeling rather than samples, it recreates the instrument’s responsive feel and expressive tonal variations. Its bright, percussive sound sits somewhere between an electric guitar and slapped bass, making it a natural fit for tight funk riffs, rhythmic R&B parts and vintage-flavoured pop hooks. Multiple pickup settings, EQ rockers and a variable mute let you shape the core tone, while customization controls allow you to add an aged character. A built-in virtual guitar amp and stompbox rig take that sound from clean and punchy to rougher, driven textures. An extensive preset library offers starting points for producers and keyboard players who want distinctive electric keyboard sounds without building every patch from scratch.
