Combobulator is a neural style-transfer audio plugin that reshapes any incoming audio using trained AI models. Instead of generating sounds from scratch, it applies the timbre and character of a captured artist or sound source while keeping the timing and feel of your original material. The engine is built around Artist Brains—neural profiles trained on audio from established sound designers and producers—plus SFX Brains such as the included Nature model, which is based on field recordings. Two Artist Brains and the Nature Brain come with the plugin, and additional Brains can be added separately. You can explore and modulate the latent space to push results into unusual, evolving textures. It runs as VST3, AU, and AAX on Windows, so it fits FL Studio, Ableton Live, and Logic workflows. This is aimed at hobby producers and sound designers who want to blend their own recordings with the character of other sonic sources, whether for music production or sound effects.
