Etude Crossgrade from Dorico 6

Etude brings the sound of a Yamaha C3X grand piano to your DAW, captured in a room acoustically designed for piano performance. The result is a beautifully balanced tone with delicate harmonic richness up top and deep, warm lows. Four microphone positions—Player, Mid, Tail and Room—let you shape the stereo image, from intimate close-up to spacious ambience. Adjustable sustain and sympathetic resonances, adaptive release samples and subtle piano noises add realism and expression. With 12 dynamic layers and 18 GB of samples compressed from 45 GB, Etude delivers a responsive, detailed playing experience. It suits film and game scoring, classical and jazz composition, and pop production where a natural, expressive piano is essential. This crossgrade is for owners of Dorico 6 only; the full version is available separately.
