GUITARS: Indigo Waves

GUITARS: Indigo Waves by KLANG turns recorded bass guitar into an effects-driven instrument with an experimental edge. Built around two patches, it captures a bass sent through a collection of stompboxes, including pitch delay, granular processing, distortion and a sampler. You can mix the two recordings together to explore different balances of their processed character. Rather than focusing on a conventional bass sound, Indigo Waves offers a fresh interpretation of guitar-based textures, shaped by KLANG’s enthusiasm for pedals. It suits producers and composers looking for an unusual starting point for atmospheric passages, left-field arrangements or layered instrumental ideas. For musicians who enjoy the character of string instruments but want to move beyond familiar tones, this is a focused creative option.
