Icons: The Compressor Collection

Icons: The Compressor Collection by Softube bundles three meticulously modeled compressors: FET Compressor Mk II, OPTO Compressor, and VCA Compressor. Each recreates a legendary piece of analog gear—from the fastest FET compressor to a storied tube-based optical unit and a snappy VCA classic—delivering authentic character with modern flexibility. Beyond faithful emulation, you get features like Drive for separate distortion and saturation, a Stereo Link switch for linked or dual-mono operation, and a Sidechain section with Punch, Filter, and External Sidechain. High Frequency Make-up compensates for lost highs, while Dry/Wet enables parallel compression. This collection suits hobby producers mixing vocals, drums, bass, and full tracks in FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic. Whether you need transparent control or aggressive color, these compressors give you the workflow and sonic signature to shape your mix with confidence and ease.
