iZotope VocalSynth Pro is a vocal effects plugin for producers who want to turn recorded voices into harmonies, robotic textures, or talking synth sounds. It suits electronic tracks, pop arrangements, and experimental sound design, with five processing modules you can use separately or combine.

Biovox reshapes vocal qualities such as nasality, vowels, and formants, while Polyvox builds harmony layers. Vocoder and Talkbox deliver two approaches to speech-shaped synthesis, and Compuvox adds digital grit through crushing, resampling, and computerized processing.

Three operating modes support different workflows. Auto mode handles straightforward effects processing, MIDI mode lets you control the effects from a MIDI controller, and Sidechain mode uses an external instrument signal to create talking-instrument treatments.

For further shaping, seven stompbox-style processors cover distortion, filtering, speaker and amp coloration, rhythmic audio repeats, stereo delay, chorus, and ring modulation. This makes it useful for both subtle vocal movement and heavily processed hooks. The Windows version is supplied in VST3 and AAX formats, making it suitable for compatible hosts such as FL Studio and Ableton Live.
