Cyber is a free 32-voice polyphonic VST sampler for Windows. It offers multi-timbral operation, allowing you to split and layer sounds across the keyboard using a visual key map editor. You can load standard WAV files (including loop points) and AIFF files, and simply drag and drop them from Windows Explorer. The built-in loop editor supports one-shot, forward, and alternate looping modes, and you can preview samples via DirectSound. Sound shaping is handled by a low/band/highpass filter with cutoff and Q controls, plus volume and filter ADSR envelopes. An LFO can be assigned to level, pan, cutoff, or pitch for modulation. MIDI learn is available for org.key, low.key, and up.key parameters, making it easy to map controls. All settings are saved with your song if your host supports it. Cyber is ideal for hobby producers using FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic who need a straightforward sampler for creative sound design and layering.
