Kantele

Kantele by Have Audio brings the delicate pluck of an 11-string Finnish zither into a collection that moves from acoustic detail to atmospheric sound design. Sampled with both fingers and a pick, the Acoustic edition offers natural and extended ranges, harmonics, and upward and downward glissandos. Up to two dynamic layers and five round robins add variation, while octave blending, granular delay, and impulse-response effects open up creative processing options. For darker productions, the Dystopian edition transforms the instrument into unsettling textures, detuned tones, noises, and drones. The Electronic edition explores evolving soundscapes and bouncing textures, with a bonus synth rounding out the bundle. Suited to producers and composers looking beyond familiar guitars and keyboards, Kantele offers material for intimate melodic passages, ambient layers, cinematic tension, and experimental electronic arrangements.
