MCabinet

MCabinet by MeldaProduction is a cabinet simulator for guitar and bass that puts tone shaping ahead of browsing endless impulse responses. Built around statistical profiles of real cabinet IRs, it lets you sculpt cabinet character with four resonators, two stereo wideners, flattening and tilt controls, plus a dynamic equalizer for further refinement. Shape focused guitar tones, add resonant colour to bass, or introduce stereo width and a touch of ambience. Beyond amp sounds, MCabinet can analyse sets of samples to create profiles for experimental processing, while a flat profile lets you apply its resonators and wideners to other audio. You can also export your cabinet as an IR for compatible hardware amp simulators. It suits home producers, guitarists and sound designers who want flexible cabinet shaping without relying solely on fixed IR collections.
