MODO DRUM Kit – Grungy

MODO DRUM Kit – Grungy is a virtual drum kit for IK Multimedia’s MODO DRUM engine, modeled after the iconic yellow drum set destroyed at Chicago’s Cabaret Metro in 1991. This 4-piece birch kit includes a 24″ x 16″ bass drum, 15″ x 14″ tom, 18″ x 16″ floor tom, and 14″ x 8″ snare. Unlike sample-only libraries, it uses physical modeling combined with advanced sampling to capture the kit’s unique character, giving you deep control over tuning, snare tension, stick type, and even the drummer’s playing style. Perfect for rock, grunge, and alternative productions, it delivers raw, powerful tones with spectacular realism. Whether you’re a hobbyist or seasoned producer, this kit lets you shape your drum sound with endless flexibility. Ideal for FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic users seeking authentic, customizable drums.
