Softube Modular Add-On: Intellijel Korgasmatron II brings dual voltage-controlled filtering to your modular patches, with a sound that moves from clean shaping to gritty, howling resonance. Each independent filter offers six modes, covering low-pass, high-pass, band-pass and band-reject responses. Blend the two sides with the Xfade control, or switch between serial and parallel routing to explore different textures. Input-driven soft and hard clipping adds bite, while Q Drive gives you control over resonance soft clipping. Use it to roughen up basses, sculpt synth leads or push chords into more aggressive territory. Both filters also track one volt per octave across roughly three to four octaves, allowing limited oscillator use. It suits producers who enjoy hands-on patching and characterful filters inspired by classic Japanese synth designs without simply copying them. This expansion requires Softube Modular; it is not a standalone plugin.
