Each patch was recorded through an old Technics tape deck to add warm, saturated overdrive, giving you weighty basses, cutting leads, and lush pads with a distinctly synthwave character. The 685 MB library includes 375 samples and audio previews, so you can audition sounds quickly before loading them. It suits producers making synthwave, retro electro, and cinematic electronic music who want authentic tape-flavored tones without deep programming. The expansion works with Akai standalone hardware (MPC One, X, Live, Force) and the MPC software, including the free MPC Beats DAW, making it a straightforward way to bring classic synth textures into your MPC workflow.
